A standard clean is something that a homeowner does (or should do) regularly to upkeep the cleanliness of their homes. Regular chores, such as vacuuming and mopping the floors, general bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and dusting. When you initiate a residential cleaning service with us, your home will get a thorough cleaning, to bring the home to our standards.

  • Frequency: One-Time Only
  • Square Feet: 600- 1500 SF
  • Estimated Time: 2Hr 30 Min -5hrs or until the job is complete

ROUTINE CLEANING

In this type of cleaning service, the cleaners come regularly based on what best suits your schedule, whether on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Because routine cleaning is more frequent, focus of the service is about upkeeping and maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the home.

All areas of the house | Cleaning Services

  • Dust surfaces, baseboards, door panels, dust and hand wipe furniture tops, window sills, & lock ledges
  • Dust ceiling fans (within reach 3 steps or less)
  • Vacuum carpets & damp mop floors
  • Dust pictures frames, lamp and lamp shades
  • Dust and clean mirrors
  • Empty all trash

Bathrooms

  • Dust surfaces, blinds, window sills, and lock ledges
  • Dust cabinets, door panels, and baseboards
  • Clean, disinfect surfaces & spot clean cabinet fronts
  • Clean, disinfect, and shine showers and tubs
  • Clean and disinfect toilets inside and out
  • Clean and disinfect door knobs and switch plates
  • Shine fixtures
  • Vacuum and damp mop floors
  • Empty trash

Kitchen

  • Dust surfaces, blinds, window sills, and lock ledges, cabinets, door panels, and baseboards
  • Clean and disinfect counter tops, & spot clean cabinet fronts
  • Clean and disinfect door knobs, switch plates, sink, microwave inside and out
  • Clean, disinfect, and shine outside of oven and top of range, dishwasher, outside of refrigerator
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen table
  • Vacuum and damp mop floors
  • Empty trash

Bedrooms | Cleaning Services

  • Dust surfaces, dust and hand wipe furniture & (tops)
  • Dust baseboards, door panels, blinds, window sills, and lock ledges
  • Vacuum carpet, vacuum and damp mop floors (if non-carpet)
  • Change sheets (upon request) & Make beds (upon request)
  • Empty trash

MAID SERVICE

If you have specific requests that aren’t generally included in standard house cleaning, please don’t hesitate to ask. Most Maids who provide house cleaning not only perform tasks mentioned in the lists above but also help with household chores around the house such as laundry and dishes. There are, however, limitations to what they can do. 

You can also add other services to your Standard cleaning, such as, inside refrigerator and stove, etc.
